Refund Policy

For individuals registered in any race series: There will be an 90% refund of entry fees if written notification is received at least 3 weeks before the first event in question (i.e., the Sunday occurring 21 days/3 weeks before the event). There will be a 60% refund of entry fees if written notification is received no less than 10 days before the particular event in question (i.e., by Wednesday 11:59 PM 10 days prior to race day).

For individuals registered in any single race: There will be an 90% refund of entry fees if written notification is received at least 3 weeks before the event in question (i.e., the Sunday occurring 21 days/3 weeks before the event). There will be a 60% refund of entry fees if written notification is received no less than 10 days before the particular event in question (i.e., by Wednesday 11:59 PM 10 days prior to race day). There will be no refund after that date for any reason including rescheduling or cancellation due to any natural disaster or Department of Parks and Wildlife (DPaW) trail closure. Entries may be transferable to another individual in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of the race series director. Participants cancelling due to injury who are available to volunteer at an event (and are needed) are likely to receive a transfer of entry to a future event.
