Aid Station

We can't wait to cheer you on as you meet the Goat, the Fat Lamb, the Kid or the Roast Lamb!  Woohoo!!!

Directions and IMPORTANT Parking Information

Please enter 228 Admiral Rd Bedfordale WA 6112 into Google Maps...gets us there every time!

The first carpark immediately to the left of the entrance (past the boom gate) will be have spots RESERVED for PTS Crew - if there is a cone, please find a different spot. The main runner carparks are found either 200 metres further on to the right (a dirt lot) or another 600 metres on up the hill. There is no parking on verges inside the gates of Wungong RP.

Important Times

6:00am Check-in and Bib Collection (closes at 6:50am)

7:00am Race Briefing (ALL Bloated Goat runners and Little Fat Lamb runners must be present)

7:10am Bloated Goat Course Start

7:30am Little Fat Lamb Course Start

What To Bring

- Your Hydration System (handheld bottle, waist belt, or pack that holds a minimum of 1500ml, yes 1.5 litres). This MUST be presented at Check-in or you won't receive your race bib

- PTS Collapsible Cup to access electrolyte at the Aid Station. If it's your first event let PTS Crew know at Check-in to receive your cup.

- Hat and sunscreen

- A positive and prepared for anything trail runner attitude!

- Cash for Michael's Coffee Van, and to and grab yourself some awesome PTS Merch (Shirts $20/$15 & Tubies/Buffs $15). Please don't forget - as there is no EFTPOS available onsite!

-Drop Bag: Aid 3 (19.4km) is at the Start/Finish area. We recommend you bring a drop bag, clearly labelled with your name. 

What Not To Bring

- Your dog. The Start/Finish area is a Water Corp Site that doesn't permit dogs.

Aid Stations 

Bloated Goat has four - at 6 km, 16.5km, 19.4km and 23.3km

Little Fat Lamb has two - at 6km and 16.5km

Cut Off / Drop Down

All Bloated Goat runners must leave Aid 3 (19.4km mark) before 10:20am in order to continue on the course. If you do not leave Aid 3 by this time, we will drop you down to the Little Fat Lamb and adjust your results to reflect this.

Bleating Kid has two - at 6km and 8.5km

Roast Lamb has one - at 3.7 km 

Post Race 

- Michael's Coffee Van will have your caffeine hit so grab a drink and treat because you've just completed a big run! We'll also have PTS Merch available for purchase. Cash only this event, please don't forget!

- Scott from Bounce Physiotherapy will be providing post race massage and recovery advice.

- Presos will take place ~10:20am. We'll award 1st, 2nd, 3rd Males and Female for each course.
