Sure, we said Snakes 'n' Ladders provided the most elevation per km, but we're splitting hairs now. Align your breath with your movement and you'll maximize your Qi (Chi) on this one. Then you can simply float up the hills. If that doesn't work, you can try stealing others' chi, but that might be unethical.
21km and 13km options!
We're so excited to bring you a brand new course. A 21km beautiful trail run that's sure to challenge you. It's a Brand New Event and a never ran at before location. These trails include a bridge crossing, river views, climbs and maybe even some mud. Oh yea, some woohoooing down hills!
The Plan Explained
You wouldn’t sign up to wrestle with a fat, angry goat without doing a little preparatory work. The same can be said with running the PTS Bloat Goat course in March. That goat is tough.
Therefore, PTS have prepared a Bloated Goat Training Plan to get you to the start line feeling confident to kick some Billy Goat butt. And with a consistent approach between now and then you’ll do it!
